Swan Development Advisors, Inc., administrator of Polk County’s federally funded Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), is requesting qualifications of vendors to provide housing development, construction, maintenance and management services for the program. Under the program, over 100 single and multi-family units of housing will be acquired, renovated and sold. Vendors must be able to work in or near the following areas of Polk County to participate in the acquisition, rehab and sale of foreclosed properties.

Current Target Areas available include:

Auburndale, Combee, Eaton Park, Inwood, Jan Phyl Village, Kathleen, Poinciana, South Lake Wales, Wabash, Wahneta

Vendors will be needed to perform a variety of services including the following:

• Appraisers
• Attorneys/Title Work
• Carpentry and Cabinetry
• Concrete
• Construction Site and House Cleaning Services
• Demolition
• Electrical
• Environmental Consulting/Remediation
• Fencing
• General Contracting
• General Maintenance
• Landscaping and Lawn Care
• Locksmiths
• Mechanical
• Painting
• Pest Control
• Plumbing
• Property Management
• Roofing
• Tree Trimming/Removal

Individual project assignments will be awarded by Keystone Challenge Fund. Direct awards and Invitations to Bid will be limited to ONLY those vendors that are registered and determined to be qualified.

**Vendors must submit all documents before their file will be considered complete. No vendor will be considered for work until the file is complete.

Once your vendor application has been approved, your organization will be notified whenever a Request For Proposal is made for a service falling under the commodity code(s) you specified your vendor application. Vendors should check our website regularly to view any newly posted bids/proposals.
